pre planning advice
Sometimes, it’s worth getting advice from your Local Planning Authority (LPA) before you submit a planning application. Some LPAs make a fixed charge for this service. We’ll research relevant planning policy to help us justify your proposal, and make sure it’s presented to the LPA in the best possible light.
Planning statement / design and access statement
Planning seems to get more complex every day, and it can be a real minefield if you’re new to it. We have direct experience working in planning councils across London. We can guide you through the process or create yours for you if you don't have the time to ensure we get the best outcome – however large your project.
Planning applications
At the start of project you must consider whether the development requires planning permission or building regulations approval, or your project may need both. We can help you with both and either give you advice or complete the entire process for you.
We get approval from the council and approval from our clients.
